New Exhibition: Music Was The Room She Lived In by Josephine Sacabo

I am excited to announce our new Exhibition: Music Was The Room She Lived In by the amazingly talented Josephine Sacabo. This Exhibition is composed of pieces from four different bodies of work: Those Who Dance, Le Diable Au Corps (Devil in the Flesh), Music Was The Room She Lived In, and Photism. It is currently on display at A Gallery for Fine Photography, and all pieces from this show are now available for purchase on The Silver Wall. Music Was The Room She Lived In will be on display until January 7, 2022.

Josephine Sacabo divides her time between New Orleans and Mexico. Both places inform her work, resulting in imagery that is as dreamlike, surreal, and romantic as the places that she calls home.

All these breathtaking photographs are photogravure, printed ink on paper, rarely seen at this size. The four pieces from Le Diable Au Corps (Devil in the Flesh) have hand painted pigment done by Josephine herself.

So please, enjoy!
