announces its
25 YEAR SILVER ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION

A Gallery for Fine Photography's 25 Year Silver Anniversary Exhibition will open on Saturday, October 7, as part of New Orleans' annual citywide Art for Art's Sake extravaganza. 

A Gallery's Silver Anniversary Exhibition will feature work by photographers Shimon Attie, Harry Benson, Sandra Russell Clark, Lee Friedlander, Flor Gardu–o, William Gottlieb, Ed Grazda, Herb Greene, Bob Gruen, Christopher Harris, Allen Hess, Herman Leonard, Tom McNease, A.J. Meek, Arnold Newman, David Redfern, Victoria Ryan, Josephine Sacabo, Franco Salmoiraghi, Jan Saudek, Eve Sonneman, Edward Serotta, Richard Sexton, Wendi Schneider, Jim Stone, Kristen Struebing-Beazley, George Tice, Thomas Tulis, Jerry N. Uelsmann, George Zimbel, and other artists who have exhibited at A Gallery over the years. 

The exhibition will also feature a selection of important new acquisitions from the 19th and 20th centuries, including works by Thomas Annan, Ruth Bernhard, Margaret Bourke-White, Wynn Bullock, Edward Curtis, Alfred Eisenstadt, Walker Evans, Varin Freres, Hill & Adamson, Horst P. Horst, Andre Kertesz, John Murray, Sandy Skoglund, Eduard Steichen, Carleton Watkins, and Edward Weston.
